Additional Fees

• Refundable Damage Deposit:  $300

• Taxes:  12%  (Sales tax 6%, Tourist tax 6%)

• Boat dockage, daily rate is $2 per foot, weekly rate is $7,50 per foot per week, and Monthly rate is $15 per foot per month.   Registration papers need to be filled out before check in.

• Holiday weekends may be higher than above rates.

Notes

• Peak season 5 night minimum 

• Summer/Fall season minimum nightly rental is 3

• $130 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights

• 50% of rent is due to reserve, remainder is due 60 days before arrival

• Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am

• No smoking in the unit or public areas, however there is a designated smoking area on site.

• Parking for boat trailers is on the north side of the lot next to the Boat House motel.

Payments can be made via check, credit card, or money transfer via Venmo or Apple Pay

Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to arrival with full refund.

• Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will receive half of rental rate.

• Cancellations inside of 30 days are non refundable.  However, if we're able to re-rent the unit, you will receive a refund at the re-rented rate.
